Saints start off Week 3 with some awesome news that can help them beat Eagles

Marshon Lattimore practices in limited fashion

Lattimore returned to the practice field on Wednesday. That's a great sign for his potential availability in Week 3. Lattimore wanted to play against the Dallas Cowboys, but Dennis Allen and his staff chose to keep him out for precautionary reasons.

Allen says that they will ramp him back up this week to see if he can progress enough to being active against Philly.

Taliese Fuaga also practiced in limited fashion, and Khalen Saunders did some individual work. He's trying to get his regular season action as soon as possible. Landon Young did not practice on Wednesday.

Dennis Allen updates Taysom Hill's status

Hill did not practice on Wednesday. Allen said that the team is hopeful he can practice in some capacity later this week to see where his status is ahead of Sunday's game.

Allen said earlier in the week that the utility weapon avoided major injury after a hospital visit during their game against the Cowboys. Taysom flew home with the team on time.
