The first injury report of Week 3 is out.
We’re on to a new week, as the Atlanta Falcons begin practice for the week in preparation to host the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night. With a new week underway, we now have some insight into the health of both teams as they get ready for Sunday Night Football.

Between this report and last week’s final practice report, we received news that Falcons’ linebacker Nate Landman was placed on injured reserve. Hopefully he will return after four games and his calf with be healthy. For this week, the Falcons had a bunch of players limited, but thankfully everyone did practice in some capacity. The big name to keep an eye on is running back Tyler Allgeier, who has a hip issue bothering him. Allgeier has paired very well with Bijan Robinson in the run game.
The Chiefs had everyone practice fully to start the week, so there’s really nothing to report on there. One thing not on their report is the wide receiver Hollywood Brown was recently placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury, and his season is over; running back Isaiah Pacheco is also on the shelf for an offense that will be missing a couple of playmakers.
