BCB After Dark: Who will have the better Cubs career?

The late-night/early-morning spot for Cubs fans asks who will be the better Cub: Pete Crow-Armstrong or Michael Busch?

It’s Wednesday night here at BCB After Dark: the coolest club for night owls, early risers, new parents and Cubs fans abroad. Come on in out of the heat. Have a cool drink with us. We still have a few tables available. There’s no cover charge tonight. Bring your own beverage.

BCB After Dark is the place for you to talk baseball, music, movies, or anything else you need to get off your chest, as long as it is within the rules of the site. The late-nighters are encouraged to get the party started, but everyone else is invited to join in as you wake up the next morning and into the afternoon.

The Cubs got swept for the first time this season tonight in Cleveland, falling 6-1. Honestly, that game was a soul-sucking waste of time. I guess not if you are a Guardians fan. But even then, the game was dull as the Cubs didn’t put up much of a fight.

Last night, I gave you some more options as to what the Cubs could do at catcher. Of the choices I gave you, 45 percent of you went with the “none of the above” option of “stick with what the Cubs currently have.” I know that the list of available at catcher isn’t great, but sticking with what the Cubs currently have isn’t great either. Ninteen percent of you wanted the Cubs to sign Danny Jansen.

Here’s the part where I talk about jazz and movies. You can skip that if you’d like. You won’t hurt my feelings.
